RooollCare Pro adds scheduled health checks, wear-item guidance, firmware alignment, and remote log review—paired with annual on-site inspection in regions where Roooll field service is available. Where on-site visits are not offered, an equivalent remote or depot review is scheduled instead. The cadence matches your duty cycle and environment, not a one-size calendar.

Open a case through Roooll technical support with serial number, fault code, and cell context. We run remote diagnostics first; when a module swap or depot repair is needed, RMA instructions and regional spare paths are issued from the same thread.
